Contest Name: “Lunch On Us – Monthly Office Draw”
Sponsor: The Dog House Catering, Fredericton, NB
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of New Brunswick, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are employees or authorized representatives of a business or organization located within Fredericton or the surrounding delivery area as defined by The Dog House Catering.
Businesses located outside this area are welcome to enter, but if selected, must arrange to pick up the prize from Fredericton. Delivery is not available outside of the defined service area.
Limit one entry per business per draw period.
Entries from individuals unaffiliated with a business or organization may be disqualified.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Entry Process
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter:
Submit the contest entry form on our website
Confirm your email subscription via the confirmation link emailed to you (double opt-in)
Only confirmed entries will be eligible for the draw. Entries must be received before 11:59 PM AST on the final day of the calendar month to qualify for that month’s draw.
3. Prize
One eligible winner will be selected at random each month to receive:
A catered lunch from The Dog House Catering for up to 10 staff
Menu items are selected based on availability
Includes hot delivery to qualified business locations in Fredericton and surrounding area
If the winning business is located outside our delivery area, the prize must be picked up at an agreed-upon time and location in Fredericton.
Prize has no cash value. No substitutions or modifications unless offered at the sole discretion of The Dog House Catering.
Larger groups may upgrade their order at regular catering rates.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all confirmed entries using a random selection method. The winner will be contacted at the email address provided. If no response is received within 7 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.
With permission, the winner’s company name may be shared in marketing emails and social media. No personal information will be shared without written consent.
5. Email Communications & Marketing Consent
By entering the draw, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from The Dog House Catering. These may include future draw announcements, catering specials, and group ordering offers tailored to office and event organizers.
All communications comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each message.
6. Privacy Policy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Information is used only for contest administration and future promotional communications as consented to above.

The Dog House Catering reserves the right to:
Cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice
Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or outside our intended business demographic
