Our Story

From its humble beginnings with a mobile BBQ cart selling sausages outside Fredericton clubs to surviving the challenges of COVID and expanding to a new-to-us food trailer, The Dog House Catering has always been rooted in the community. Our journey began with a simple vision: to bring the flavours of Acadian BBQ to the streets of Fredericton. In its time, our mobile BBQ cart became a cherished fixture at various hired catering events and weddings, such as the New Brunswick Day Free Hotdog giveaway, enticing guests with the tantalizing aroma of our smoked meats.

As our reputation grew, so did our ambition. We set up shop at the Food Market at the Ex, where we continued to hone our craft and build a loyal following. Despite the setbacks of COVID, we refused to give up. Slowly but surely, we rebuilt our catering company from the ground up, fueled by the unwavering support of our community. And now, we’re thrilled to embark on the next chapter of our journey with the launch of our food trailer, bringing our mouth-watering BBQ creations to even more hungry patrons.
